Login into account

Open your web browser and enter the domain assigned to your school. For example:
sample-school.web.app

In the User ID field, enter the teacher user ID provided to you.

In the Password field, enter your password.
-
To check your password, click the eye icon next to the password box to reveal the entered text.

Once both fields are filled, click the Login button to access the application.

How to fill "Mark a Lesson"
-
On the home screen, under Teaching Assistant, click the purple Mark a Lesson box.
-
Use the Class drop-down to select the class and section where you conducted the activity.
-
Use the Subject drop-down to select the relevant subject.
-
Click the Open Lesson button.
-
From the list of topics, find your topic and check the Mark as Complete box next to it.

After checking it, click the Open Survey button that appears.
-
In the survey:
-
Select the activity you conducted and click Next.
-
Choose all related Curricular Goals completed, then click Next.
-
Choose the related Competencies completed, then click Next.
-
-
For each question, assess each student by selecting their name and marking them as Beginner, Proficient, or Advanced.
-
If a student was absent or not applicable, select Not Applicable. Such students will be excluded from further questions.

Continue until all questions are completed, then click Finish or Submit.
Your activity is now marked as complete.

How to download student-peer reflection template

On the left side panel, click the Playbook tab.
-
In the Playbook, find the first activity named Student and Peer Template.

Click Open Details to open the activity.
-
On the left side, under the Activity Material box, click Download Template.
-
Download, print, and distribute the template to your students.
-

How to fill Smartsheets

On the left side panel, click the Smartsheets option.
-
When the Smartsheet window opens, locate the Class drop-down.
-
Select the class you want to work on from the drop-down.
-
Click the Apply Filter button.
-
You will see multiple tabs such as Academics, Attendance, Remarks, and Co-Scholastic.
-
Click any tab to open a Google Sheets–like view.
-
Student names and other details will already be filled in.
-
Enter your inputs directly into the sheet, just like you would in Google Sheets.

How to access help section

On the top right corner of the application, click the Help button.
-
You will be redirected to the Help website.
-
On the website, you can:
-
Watch videos to resolve common queries.
-
Contact us via WhatsApp or call the helpline number listed.

Our support team is available 24x7 to assist you.

How to logout
-
On the top right corner of the application, click the circular profile icon.
-
A drop-down menu will appear showing your profile and Sign Out options.
-
Click Sign Out to log out of the application.

My application is not working / Loading / updating
-
Verify the domain is correct. Use the format "sample-school.web.app" without “www.”
-
Refresh the page using the browser’s refresh icon or press Ctrl + Shift + R.
-
Close and reopen your browser, then try accessing the application again.
-
