How to use 

Please feel free to browse our comprehensive video library, where you can find detailed guidance on using any feature of the platform at your own convenience and pace

Login into account

  1. Open the website link provided by your school. (Example: abc.myhpc.app)

  2. Enter your User ID in the first box.

  3. Enter your Password in the second box.

  4. Click on the green Login button.

  5. You will now be logged in and can access your student application.

How to fill academic feedback

  1. Once you're on the Home Screen, look for the section titled Recently Completed Topics.

  2. Scroll sideways (horizontally) to see all the subjects and the topics you've recently completed.

  3. Find the topic you want to give feedback on and click the green Give Feedback button.

  4. An Instruction Page will open. Read the instructions carefully.

  5. Click on the Start Survey button to begin.

  6. You will now see the questions, options, and a See Description button next to each question.

  7. If you need help understanding any question, click on See Description for a simpler explanation.

  8. Complete all the questions in the survey.

  9. Once done, you’ll see a screen that says Feedback successfully done.

  10. Now, it’s time to give Peer Feedback. Click the button that says Let’s Finish This.

  11. Select three of your friends or peers from the list shown.

  12. Give feedback for each of the three peers.

  13. After completing peer feedback, click the Finish / Submit button.

How to fill normal surveys

  1. On the Home Screen, locate the General Survey card at the top.

  2. Click on the Start Now button on the card.

  3. A set of instructions will pop up. Read them carefully.

  4. Click on the Continue button to proceed.

  5. You will now see the questions, options, and a See Description button.

  6. If you need help understanding a question, click on See Description.

  7. Answer each question and keep clicking Next to move forward.

  8. In some cases, you will be asked to give Peer Feedback.

  9. Select up to three friends or peers when prompted.

  10. A peer feedback question will appear.

  11. Answer the question for each of the selected friends.

  12. Once done, click on the Submit button to finish.

How to open and download reports

  1. On the Home Screen of your student application, look at the bottom bar.

  2. You will see four options — tap on the third option called Reports.

  3. You will now see a list of all your available reports.

  4. To download any report, click the Download button next to it.

  5. To view your older reports, click on the Access All Reports button.

  6. You will now be able to see all of your past reports in one place.

How to access help section

  1. On the Home Screen of your student application, look at the top right corner.

  2. Click on the Help button.

  3. You will be redirected to our Help Website.

  4. Here, you can watch videos that explain how to use different features of the application.

  5. You will also find our WhatsApp account called Help Life, where you can reach out for support.

How to use the XP's

  • Earn XPs by completing surveys, giving feedback, and participating in the app.

  • Use your XPs to unlock different avatars in your profile section.

  • Use your XPs to unlock study material like case studies.

  • Use your XPs to unlock quizzes.

  • Use your XPs to unlock notes for different topics and subjects.

How to Logout

  • On the home screen, click Profile (bottom right).

  • Click Logout.

  • Click Yes to confirm. You will be logged out.
